Nightly Rates

• Elegant, Tropical Champagne Breakfast Buffets are served on Saturday & Sunday mornings.

Smoking Policy
The Inn and ALL guest suites are NON-SMOKING. Limited Smoking Policy-Verandahs Only. A cleaning  fee of $300 will be assessed on any room that does not adhere to the Inn's smoking policy.

Cash, Traveler's Checks, Cashier Checks, Money Orders and Credit Cards Accepted. Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express. No personal checks accepted.

Room Reservations and Cancellation Policy
Credit Cards: Confirmed by credit card authorization for total reservation plus hotel tax. Credit cards will be pre-authorized within 30 days of your reserved stay. Credit Card charges will be processed on arrival, or within the 7 day period prior to reserved stay. Reservations made with invallid or declined credit cards are subject to cancellation. Notification of cancellation must be received at least seven (7) days prior to stay, to avoid charges for the total reservation and hotel tax. No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs within seven (7) days of your reserved stay. Please make reservation with the credit card you wish to have charged. 15% transaction fee on all credit card changes. Early departures are subject to the seven (7) day cancellation policy. 15% transaction fee assessed on all cancellation refunds.  Please note, if you will be using a credit/debit card, upon pre-authorization, funds will be secured in your checking account and not available for general checking.  Funds will not be charged through until arrival or within the 7 day period prior to reservation, but your bank will remove the funds from availability.

Other Payment Methods: If you prefer payment by traveler's check, cashier's check, postal or money orders, a deposit of half must be received within three (3) days of making your reservation to hold the room reservation for you, and full payment must be received seven (7) days prior to reservation to keep your reservation. Notification of cancellation must be received at least seven (7) days prior to stay, to avoid charges for the total reservation and hotel tax. No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs within seven (7) days of your reserved stay. 15% transaction fee assessed on all cancellation refunds.  

Cash, cashier's check, postal or money order payments are acceptable at check-in, but full credit card authorization, or prepayment is necessary to confirm reservation. The Inn does not accept personal checks.

Holidays, Festivals & Special Event Reservations and Cancellation Policy
All holiday, special event and festival reservations (Dickens' On the Strand Festival, Mardi Gras, etc) must be paid in full, thirty (30) days in advance of event or festival. Thirty (30) day cancellation policy applies to all festivals and special events. No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of the event or festival. A 15% transaction fee will apply to all festival & special event cancellations occuring prior to the thirty (30) day cancellation period. 

Group Reservations and Cancellation Policy
All group reservations(weddings, meetings, conferences, etc.) will require deposit of 1/2 of total to confirm group reservation. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Group Reservation will be confirmed and paid in full thirty (30) days prior to reservation. Thirty (30) day cancellation applies to all Group Reservations. No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of group reservation unless rooms are rebooked.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available and may be purchased for a specific dollar amount. Gift certificates are subject to availability. Guest must call to make an advanced reservation. Gift certificate must be presented at check-in. Gift certificates not redeemable on holidays, festivals, special package weekends or event weekends. All gift certificate reservations subject to the Inn's two night minimum on weekends. Gift certificates expire 6 months from date of purchase. Gift certificate purchases are final and are non-refundable. All gift certificates are subject to the Inn's seven (7) day cancellation policy: Once reservation is made, changes or cancellation must occur at least seven (7) days prior to reservation, or gift certificate will be forfeited.

Check-in: 4:00-6:00 p.m. 
Standard Guest Check-in is 4:00-6:00 p.m.

Late Arrivals:
The Inn does not have a 24 hour front desk. The front desk is only staffed from 4:00- 6:00p.m. If you will be arriving later than 6:00 p.m., please notify the Inn. Check-ins later than 6:00 p.m. are gladly accommodated, however, you must notify the Inn or request a late check-in when making your reservation.

Early Arrivals:
Standard Guest Check-in Begins at 4:00 p.m.  Check-ins earlier than 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated if possible, 1/2 day additional room fee applies to all early check-ins. If you would like to request early check-in, please call on the day of arrival to see if your room will be available for early arrival.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out without prior arrangements will result in additional charges. Late departures will be charged for an additional day. Guest suites must be vacated according to reservations to allow cleaning and sanitation for new arrivals.
