We invite you to explore the art of rejuvenation at the Mermaid & Dolphin Resort. The refreshing, swirling waters and hydrojets of the private AQUASPAS will massage tired muscles and float tension away.

Reservation Policies

• Reservations include Elegant, Tropical Champagne Breakfast on weekend mornings and Continental Breakfast Buffet or Breakfast in Bed trays on weekdays.
• Rates are based on double occupancy. Daybed, rollaway bed or extra person, $29/night additional.
• Rates are subject to change and DO NOT reflect holidays, festivals and special event pricing.
• Two-night minimum required holidays, festivals, special events and weekends.
• Weekend stays and rates are Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun
• Friday only stays are available if guaranteed at the time reservation is made, i.e. non-refundable, non-transferable
• One night weekend stays are sometimes available, depending on reservation calendar. Please inquire if interested.
• Adults Only
• No Pets Allowed
• All Hotel Suites are NON-Smoking, smoking permitted only on balconies and garden terraces
• $4.50 Energy surcharge/night
• 15% Hotel Resort Taxes
• Reservations are confirmed by credit card authorization for total reservation plus hotel tax or by pre-payment with cash, money order or cashier's check.
• Credit Cards will be pre-authorized up to 30 days prior to stay. Charges occur at check-in.  Please note, if you will be using a checking/debit card, upon pre-authorization, funds will be secured in your checking account and not available for general checking. Funds will not be charged through until arrival, but banks will remove the funds from checking availability.
• Reservations confirmed with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, or prepay with cashier's check.

Check-in: 4:00-6:00 p.m. 
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Late Arrivals:
The Mermaid & Dolphin does not have a 24 hour front desk. Standard Guest Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.and continues through 6:00p.m. Late arrivals will be set up for everyone arriving later than 6:00 p.m. If you will be arriving later than 6:00 p.m., please notify the resort either when making your reservation or anytime prior to 6:00 p.m. on your day of arrival.
Early Arrivals:
Standard Guest Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.  Check-ins earlier than 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated if possible, 1/2 day additional room fee applies to all early check-ins. If you would like to request early check-in, please call on the day of arrival to see if your room will be available for early arrival.
Late Departures:
Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Guest suites must be vacated according to reservations to allow cleaning and sanitation for new arrivals.  Late departures will be charged for an additional day.

Cancellation Policies

• Standard Cancellation Policy is seven (7) days. Holidays, festivals or special events cancellation policies are thirty (30) days. Notification of cancellation must be received at least seven (7) days prior to stay on standard reservations, thirty (30) days on holidays, festivals or special events, to avoid charges for the total reservation + tax.
• Reservations made within seven (7) days of standard stays or within thirty (30) days of holidays, festivals or special events, are confirmed and guaranteed at time of reservation.
• Early departures are subject to the seven (7) day/thirty (30) day cancellation policy.
• Reservations made with invalid or declined credit cards are subject to cancellation.
